Our policy ensures fairness and protects both the customer and the store. Please read the following terms carefully before submitting any return, exchange, or warranty request.
🔁 1. Return & Exchange Policy
📅 Request Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the watch, as long as the item is in its original condition, unused, and free from scratches, damage, or removed seals. After 48 hours, only verified manufacturing defects covered by warranty will be accepted.
💸 Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (both ways) in cases not related to manufacturing defects.
If the issue is due to a mistake from Skmei Egypt (wrong model sent or confirmed factory defect), the store will cover shipping fees in full.
🔍 Product Inspection
Once collected by our authorized courier, the watch will be inspected by our quality control team to confirm:
The serial number and model match the original order.
The case, strap, and glass are undamaged.
No signs of wear, scratches, water entry, or misuse.
✅ If the product passes inspection:
Your request will be processed within 3 business days (exchange or refund as requested).
❌ If the product fails inspection:
The request will be rejected, and the item will be returned to you in the same condition without a refund or replacement.
📦 Required Conditions
The original box, invoice, and all accessories must be included.
A clear unboxing video is required to verify the condition of the product.
Any issue (wrong model or manufacturing defect) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
⚙️ 2. 30-Day Warranty Policy
🧾 Warranty Duration
All watches purchased from Skmei Egypt come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects only, starting from the delivery date.
✅ Covered Under Warranty
Watch stops working without external damage.
Internal movement issues proven to be factory defects.
❌ Not Covered Under Warranty
Scratches, cracks, or damage caused by misuse or impact.
Broken or damaged glass, strap, or casing.
Water damage after use, even for water-resistant models (unless proven as a factory defect).
Repairs made by anyone other than Skmei Egypt’s authorized service center.
Damage resulting from negligence, improper use, or exposure to heat or chemicals.
🧰 Warranty Procedure
The watch will be collected via our courier for inspection.
If the issue is a factory defect, repair or replacement will be free of charge.
If the issue is due to misuse or negligence, the customer must cover repair and shipping costs.
Note: Warranty does not renew after repair or replacement.
📜 3. Important Notes
Please inspect your watch carefully upon delivery before signing the receipt.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for any return, exchange, or warranty claim.
Used, damaged, or unsealed items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Skmei Egypt is not responsible for any damage caused by improper use after delivery.
The company reserves the right to update this policy at any time to maintain fairness and service quality.
🛠️ Lifetime Maintenance Service
Skmei Egypt provides a lifetime maintenance service for all genuine products purchased directly from us. The customer is responsible for the maintenance and shipping costs (both ways). To qualify for maintenance, the customer must present a purchase invoice or order number confirming the product was purchased from Skmei Egypt.
